Do not compare SystemMatch to another subscription. Compare it to one specific event you can probably name from the last twelve months: the job where the wrong part was specified, and somebody had to unpick it.
You know your own figures better than we do, so put your own numbers in the three boxes below. Most integrators find that a single caught error covers a year of Solo, and that the argument for Team is that it covers the whole desk rather than one person.
What it costs you
Return, re-order, revisit
Rarely the price of the part. The cost sits in the returns process, the second delivery, and an engineer's day written off.
What it costs the programme
A visible delay
The customer sees the slip. On a framework or a repeat client, that is the expensive half — it is priced into the next tender.
What Solo costs
£948 a year
Ex VAT, or £790 paid annually. Set that against the event above and the decision usually makes itself.
The honest version of this argument
SystemMatch cannot promise it will catch your next error — it can only catch what is in the signed-off rules list, and that list is finite and growing. The right way to test the claim is to run a brief you have already quoted and see whether it flags what actually went wrong. That takes ten minutes and it beats any figure on this page.
